3. The lavatory was outside and separate from the toilet/shower area, and the toilet/shower area was a little larger than in other Hyatt Places.

4. My only complaints would be that the bathroom is rather small, since the vanity is located across from the beds, and I found that the drain in the tub was broken and wouldn't stay open while I was showering.
