1. The hotel is nice enough (pleasant lobby, decent front desk staff, etc.) and the room was fine, though a little bit cramped, so I can't give it a one star rating.

7. The front desk staff really helped us with taxi`s, directions to and from the hospital etc. When we finally got back to the hotel, we just wanted to watch a movie in the room and they helped us with that as well.
