3. The common areas (lobby, hallways, pool, terrace by pool, restaurant, lounge) were all nicely decorated, furnished and maintained, except for some buildup of leaves each day under the indoor trees next to the pool.

4. Then, on Saturday night after the pool closed, we went to the lobby to get snacks and there were 2 people using the whirlpool around 11 p.m. Obviously, these people were let in by hotel management as the doors to the pool area were locked.
