7. Upon calling the Manager of the Hotel, she told us that 'This Happens All of the Time, there is nothing we can do!' I have never been dismissed so easily by a manager, who repeated this line with every furious question I had.

8. I still have yet to receive an explanation from Lisa and Valerie (office managers) why they are overbooked when I have had at least 9 rooms booked in advance with a signed agreement on file stating the dates I reserved.
