3. As a Hilton VIP member, I should have at least had the room that I had booked, or the amenities I had asked for, or perhaps warned that I would need a reservation for breakfast on Sunday.

5. Positives: Self parking right out front, Bayshore Mall with great restaurants about 1 mile North, quick and friendly front desk staff, standard Hilton room amenities---coffee maker, bathroom soaps, etc.Did I mention the points.
