We arrived at the hotel and was asked was there three of us we replied only two, a friend came along to make sure we were ok,we were given a room near reception on the ground floor, great, we opened the door to find only one bed, I was staying with my Father and we had booked a room with two beds, we went back to reception and pointed out the problem, again a repeat of are there three of you, no only two, the response was that will be a extra $10 for another bed no apology both the ladies on reception were rude and unhelpful, we agreed, they put us on the second floor room 262 which was nearly at the end of a really long corridor ,on entering the room the room had a odour which after looking around it appears this room had been a smoking room in the past it was now non smoking we opened the windows daily which helped a little, we stayed at the Clarion the previous year and we were highly delighted, unlike the room we had before we did not have a fridge, and to get Ice it was a fairly long walk, the TV in the room was flat screen I think 27" and I believe it had cable, there were plenty of channels, we also found the fan in the bathroom to be very noisy, other than that the room was ok .
