4. Here at Milwukee the service was somewhat less than good the staff were ok but the Restraunt was poor service as described below: 1) I was left waiting for 10 minutes before I was attended to & others were served before me.

6. Now I did get a great rate on the room as a part of a fly/drive/hotel package, and they did upgrade me to a suite, however, while the staff was nice and the hotel appeared to be clean, the housekeeping in our room was slapdash at best.
