1. The check-in was fast and friendly, room service was outstanding, housekeeping was impeccable and maintenance quickly resolved the only minor inconvenience that occurred.

6. They are happy to do you favors, (early check-in in our case) the valet asked if we needed directions, (turns out we did, so I'm glad he asked) the staff in the restaurant also went above and beyond.
