1. There is a mall right across the street and plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

3. The hotel is very conveniently located for both work or pleasure - close to downtown restaurants and activities (and for those who work out there is a great YMCA right across the street) - very clean, recently renovated, and professionally staffed.

5. The street outside your window will be busy, all day and night, with people walking and standing at a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

The front desk staff was rude and inattentive; the wall paper in the bathroom was 1/4 off the wall; the tile in the bathroom was completely off the wall/floor; long nasty hair greeted me in the shower; the sound of water in other rooms sounded like a train in my room; the bathroom vent motor was louder than most lawn mowers; and heaven forbid you get a room on the street due to the thin walls and windows.

7. Wisconsin Avenue, a street with delis, offices, and TJ Maxx and other stores in a Mall across the street, along with some closed stores and restaurants.
