7. The bathrooms were very disappointing, especially for a hotel of this star level (tub/bath combo, only one sink, very small); and we actually recieved a complimentary upgrade to an executive suite.

8. Executive simply meant a fractioned room with a sitting area broken up by the tiny bathroom (tiny as the door to the bath was maximum 2 feet wide) with a dingy tub/shower combo.
"Disappointed, do your homework " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/7/2010 Vote
9. Food service trays were left in the hall for more than 24 hours, all along my hallway blinds in the room didn't work, bath tub was dingy.
"Same old bollocks " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/23/2009 Vote
