3. When we arrived back at Miami Springhill suites we all wanted to show (8 adults sharing two adjoining rooms), and as we tried this the water would stop flowing in one shower for 5 minutes, flow in the other, and then back to the original one.

4. In our room, the shower rod was broken, probably because a previous guest had slipped and grabbed onto the curtain to break the fall.

5. To make the whole stay completely horrible, after we arrived home, the manager charged our credit card $250 for 'room damage' to the shower rod, which we had reported to them was broken when we got there.
