1. It is within walking distance to Bayside(a shopping mall) and, if you do not want to walk, you can take the MetroMover just one block away(Knight Center Station).

2. The hotel is well placed for travellers or those on business - Brickell is within walking distance, Bayside is a short walk or Metromover (the free monorail that services much of downtown Miami) and the Port of Miami is a short cab ride away.
