2. I had to back to the car and place a parking pass in the rental car which I really didn't understand since this location was in an office park area and not anywhere near a tourist area.

4. The location is behind a Holiday Inn and the hotel was bit hard to find since signs at the Holiday Inn direct you to the left where it's quite easy to not see the hotel and drive rightt into an office complex.

6. There is a great restaurant bar located just outside the hotel and the complimentary breakfast offered in the hotel is more than adequate with both hot items (eggs, some spam-like hash, waffles) and cold (yogurt, cereals, breads/pastries, fruit).

7. I booked this on one of the 3rd party booking sites where you see the price & general location but not the name until you pay, so I hadn't even looked at this one in the reviews at all.
