1. Upon check out I saw this same manager, when I approached him to speak to him he was very obtuse and would not consider anything that I had to say.

2. It was a little complicated to have them de-code our refrigerator so that we could put our own drinks in there, but they still charged us at check out, but we did dispute it and they were accomodating.
