1. The room service was excellent, there were not bugs, the continental breakfast was awesome considering the large variety (hot/cold cereal, waffles, sausage biscuits, variety of juices etc. My daughter, husband and I enjoyed the stay.

2. I was there once when they went to do room service and all they did was replace the towels, spray the toilet seat with some spray bottle and quickly wipe it down some.
