7. However the sauna/hot tub was out of order during our visit which seems to be an ongoing thing for us :( My husband checked in so I'm not sure about service but he was in and out quite quickly.

10. The front desk staff person was not so helpful, the room was so-so (with a poor internet connection, although it was free) and the breakfast was below expectations -- long wait, slow service, nobody offered to make the much-touted eggs, and the seating area seemed cramped.
