1. I did have compli breakfast, which was good (not great), and had lunch in the bar area one day--a salad which I found to be exceptional.

5. My company was renting the meeting room and AV equipment, buying lunches for almost 30 people and offering an open bar to the attendees in the evening as well as generating business for the hotel from a number of people who came to the program from out of the area.

7. The room appeared to be guest-ready at a glance, but upon further inspection, she found a bar of soap out in the bathroom, some trash on the floor, and a used coffee cup in the trash can.

10. The food in the bar or restaurant isn't dependable (not even the simple stuff) and their draft beer taps rarely work properly (how difficult can it be to fix this?).
