5. The front desk did not answer the phone once in the three days we were there- we called for the password to use the advertised wireless, and towels since it was 4pm, and no one had been in to clean the room.

6. I always need extra items and the front desk manager makes sure the room is well stocked from towels too extra soaps, etc. I usually have a driver and when he arrives the front desk calls me to let me know he has arrived.
