1. there is a place across the street (roseys diner or something like that) that has fantastic breakfast stuff for 1/2 the cost.

6. You can probably park for free across the street at the mall, it's about a 5 min walk but you will need to cross a small intersection.

10. The good things: location seems to be excellent, with a mall right across the street, it makes getting around easy; there are a wide range of chain dining options, the staff is great and pleasant; and the workout and pool facility is a great plus.
