2. there are tons of awesome bars and restaurants a short stroll away and if you don't feel like eating out there is a trader joes a few small blocks away and a beautifully stocked kitchen in the apartment.

The location is really excellent - a minute or two off the Hollywood Freeway, one block from Sunset and Hollywood Blvds, 5 minutes drive to the wonderful restaurants, bars & cafes of Vermont Avenue; 20 minutes to Beverly Hills and 15 minutes from West Hollywood in one direction and downtown in the other.
