3. I was a little hesitant staying at this hotel after all the bad reviews i read online, but it wasn't at all what i expected the staff was extremely friendly and had great suggestions of places to for food, my friends and i went to a place they suggested call the 'hurricane hole'.

4. service was good,friendly staff, room was clean, pool was clean and warm, bayside has a nice view, food and drinks at splash was good, the downsides are bayside has alot of street noise, bathroom was small, booked trip thru conceirge and was cheeper to book it on my own, location is not close to town but scooter rentals close by or car rental just down the road, would stay here again would just do a few things different next time.
