1. While I will give them credit for giving us a refund, I would think any establishment shouldnt be in the routine about making refunds a habit.

2. I only encountered one issue with the maids taking a bag of my belongings and throwing it away but the hotel handled it and refunded me for what I lost overall I would stay again.

4. I was told it was our fault for not calling and they would not refund our money from the 1st night and didn`t have any place for us to stay.

5. We decided to check out first thing in the morning and ask for a refund- when we complained to the front desk they were more than willing to tell us to call Expedia and get a refund-almost like this happens often.
