1. Whirlpool tub (for 2) ran out of hot water on the first filling, so we learned to fill it half way, then wait another 30 minutes for more hot water.

2. The rooms were extremely dirty and I actually saw bugs in the room, dirty linens, ring around the tub, a smell of mold in the room and terribly uncomfortable beds.
