4. we had a great time at the Southernmost - stayed 3 nights in August (we left just before tropical storm Faye arrived), The check in staff were very helpful and gave us access to all 3 different room types for us to make our choice.

9. The manager would not call the original clerk, she was completely rude, accused me of taking the paperwork which was filled upon initial check in (she later found it), she spoke down to me.
