1. Only disadvantage is that it is not within walking distance to Duvall Street.

2. Although not beach front, the beach and downtown area of Duval street was about 10 minutes by car (speed limit was 35-40), and there was a a Walgreens within walking distance and a market very close by.

5. If you got back after 10 p.m. on the weekend you had to park in the Walgreen's parking lot next door and walk to your room which didn't feel that safe (for your person or your car) and definitely detracted from the 4 star experience.

6. It is too far to walk to the key hot spots but cabs will take you anywhere you want to go for $4 a person.

7. The only drawbacks are that the pools are closed at dark and the hotel is a bit too far from Duval Street to walk.

9. The housekeeping staff was inconsistent, our biggest complaint is that they do not knock and announce themselves but simply use a key card and just walk into a condo.
