4. The reservation was easy, the pre-stay arrangements were perfect, the room was great, the staff was very nice and helpful (I can`t imagine where the bad comments ever came from), the pool area was delightful and the food service in the restaurant and the room service breakfast were great.

7. I thought the continental breakfast was priced on the high side ($4 for a plain bagel or 1 slice of banana bread), but it was worth having it delivered and being able to dine al fresco on our little porch with a complimentary newspaper.
