3. The desk staff was as helpful as they could be, but I got the impression that none of them lived near the hotel because when asked to recommend a service or restaurant, they could not do so.

5. Even though they say that you don't get any housekeeping service unless staying more than 4 nights, we arrived back after our first day out and about to find that they had indeed been in the room, which felt a little violating.
