The employee at the front desk did not give me an option to change to a room with a refrigerator when I brought the
broken
ice machines to his attention even thought there were plenty of vacant rooms.

The real kicker was that since I didn't have a refrigerator I was going to have to rely on ice to keep my things cold- but both of the ice machines were
