5. We are from the Uk so we are not use to the greatest customer service in the world but when we come to Florida we are always reminded what great customer relations is about.

6. The hotel is poorly staffed, so was unable to provide timely service at checkout, control noise throughout the night and have breakfast available for all (food ran out before 8 am).
