1. The staff was very friendly, check-in/out was a breeze, the room was spacious, clean, quiet (no highway/neighbor noise), and very comfortable (my wife and I love the beds at most Hamptons), and the location is excellent.

4. Fifth floor has problems with connectivity, but after the one time, they now ask at check-in if I'll need connectivity and will change my assigned room, if the one they have me in doesn't have connectivity.
