1. Booked a banquet room, and sales person , double booked my credit card and was telling me that my bank did it, so after 4 days of running around, we three way called the credit card co and they flat out told her that She , the sales person, put in two seperate charges, not only that but they were two different amounts, so now the Manager after we complained to the Corporate Office, told us he wants us to move our function some plac else and is willing to refud my money.
