The first room I was given was occupied by someone already (I went up there and found the lights on and television blasting, and given the general creepy feeling from the

, I didn`t even want to knock and find out who it was).

Were it not for the worn curtains in my room and well worn carpets, in the nicely furnished

I could give this location 4 stars, weighing on price consideration as the strongest factor.
