I was shocked to find the poor condition of the hotel: the toilet required multiple attempts to flush each time; the toilet seat was broken; the light fixtures were loose and one didn't work; one of the two elevators was broken when we arrived and still didn't work a full week later; the working elevator had broken and loose tiles on its floor and several graffiti marks on the walls; the carpets were dirty; some debris on the floor in the hallway was still there after a week.

2. When I arrived there I asked for another room as the one they put me in was dirty even the sheets.

3. Speed is fast, soup+sandwich took 10 minutes to arrive, burger, chicken tenders took about 20 minutes, Steak entrees are their specialty though, I tried both the Ribeye and Strip Steak medium-well (about 35 minutes to arrive) and both were as good as I've ever gotten in a hotel - though that doesn't mean it's steakhouse quality, because well .

4. When I arrived at the hotel, the pool was out of service, there were very few channels available on TV, no movies to rent.
