3. The service in the dining room was nonexistant, a continental breakfast (nowhere to be found) was included in our room charge,but after waiting 30 minutes for a cup of coffee on Sunday, November 4, our party (4) left to get breakfast elsewhere.

4. With the money I paid for room and free breakfast, I can not complaint, so I place the service and satisfaction at 2, otherwise would be 1.
