1. not so bad if you are paying 20$ a night but for 55$ i think its crappy as hell.

2. When I got to my room it was a nice looking layout but the condition of the room was bad, I found some bugs on the floor dead in the kitchen and in the bathroom, the room was beat-up.

9. There is Walmart across the street, a mall thats within walking distance, SRO which is a fun sports bar is also within walking distance and up the street are the nicer homes, so the area isnt bad.
