1. Was there for a week but got new towels only when I asked for them.

3. However, on one ocassion, I had to wait while the clerk folded towels for me and the next day, I had to wait until the clerk/security went to vacant rooms to get clean towels as they did not have any in the office.

10. There is also a sign posted in the bathroom that states if you need to replace towels during your stay there may be a nominal charge- go figure.
