1. It is across the interstate from the Galleria and the neighborhood isn't the best, but they do offer a free shuttle to and from the mall.

3. the hotel computer printer would not work (which was an inconvenience when you want to print your boarding passes to return home), the hotel shuttle bus was misleading.
