1. I check into this hotel around 8am and the room I was checked into was not cleaned and reeked of smoke I let the lady at the front desk know that room was not cleaned she did give me another room and the ac didn't work and it had a funny smell I returned to the front desk and let the lady know she got and attitude so I asked to speak with a manager and was told she wouldn't be in until this afternoon and if I needed to switch rooms I would have to do so sometime after 12 I wasjust overall unhappy with the service and quality.
