1. I dont work for this hotel or have freinds or family that do,I just believe very stronly in excellent customer service and these people know how to provide it.

2. i enjoyed the great customer service skills the staff showed upon arrival and leaving the hotel as i got in my room oh my was i happy to know my room had been cleaned with bleach even my sheets and curtains smelled clean i clean this way at home and am glad to go to a hotel/motel that also cleans like i do good job guys.

3. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful; the rooms were clean; the continental breakfast was varied (juices, milk, cereal, waffles, buns, fruits, coffee, etc.); complimentary newspaper; shuttle service to Hobby Airport; wireless Internet fine.
