1. In Houston to visit family, arrived late in evening, hotel staff very friendly, 3rd floor room could not have been quiter, clean sheets, bathroom clean.

2. SECOND, the room was very clean and inviting, including the bathroom, but after closer inspection while bathing my very young son I found random hairs around the bathtub and on the walls--more than usual though, and yes, I understand that I'm not the first person to ever be in this room.
