9. i was placed outside the hotel in a room that was at the end of the courtyard and at 3:00 a.m. Saturday Morning the power went out in the room i had to walk up the courtyard passed the pool and into the hotel itself, by myself i was traveling alone and i spoke with x at the front desk who said he couldn't fix the electrical problem in that room and left me with a flashlight offered no assistance and when i asked for some he said he had to go back to the main lobby he was the only one there to take care of phones and customers.
