1. So if you're one who likes to walk around and get out of the building - you cannot do it here unless you want to stand in the parking lot and enjoy the view of the busy street.

4. The 'gym' has three treadmills (which I did not use), but you can go for a nice run along Main Street, past Rice University and around the nearby Hermann Park (which I did).

5. There is an in-room microwave and refrigerator (which I used to cook a pizza one night and lasagna the next purchased for a few dollars from the Kroger market just a mile down the street.
