Other pluses:Can park right by hotel room (but still feels safe)Hi Speed internet faster than many other hotels and locations- verified by several in our party that had laptopsWall Street journal freewaffle maker available for breakfast- not just bagels, cereal and toastmanagement is responsive to tripadvisor and wants to impove to get good ratings- they realize it will benefit them in the long run.

4. The one way street on which the hotel is situated caused a few dilemmas as we always seemed to be coming or going from the wrong direction and needed to go a way to get turned around.

6. The exit we needed was blocked off due to roadworks, so we had to stumble our way through unfamiliar and dimly lit streets, but we eventually found our way there.
