4. My only con would be the delivery charge on room service--they charge you a tip, (and tax, of course), but also a delivery charge, so a $20 order cost $29.00.

6. I am a an HiltonHonors member, so the parking was $4.00 - which I thought was okay - especially since so many of the hotels in the Galleria Area charge outrageous parking prices.
