1. Downtown is not too far away, but as others have stated, Houston traffic is not fun.

3. In the last few years, I`ve stayed at 9 different hotels just in the Galleria neighborhood, and another half dozen in and around downtown Houston.

5. We got a studio suite, with a king bed, a kitchen, including a diswasher, table and chairs, a separate work desk, and sitting area in a space that was far from cramped for half what the downtown hotels charge for a standard room.
