3. Apparently the hotel has invested in some TV technology, Lodgenet I believe, that adds some functionality to viewing choices, such as viewing your bill, movies, etc. Not wanting to sit in a room and watch TV, I would gladly exchange that for decent internet access.

5. I did not thoroughly checked the bill and after arriving back found that I had been charged overnight parking fees while I did not have a car and had been charged for beer cans from the minibar while I do not drink alcohol.
