3. The refrigerator kept freezing our food and it slanted forward so everytime you opened the door, everything wanted to fall out.

4. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable, but the remainder of the room was dirty as can be -- crumbs of food on both chairs, entire peanut butter crackers (along with their crumbs) under the beds, dirt and many hairs on the bathroom floor.
