1. After I made my reservation, I didn't see anything acknowledging my dog accompanying me, so I used the instant chat option and not only got everything taken care of, but the fee for the dog was waived by becoming a 'member'.

4. The Red Lion gave us treat bags when we checked in, waived their fee because I joined their club-free-and we had a room with patio which opened on a grassy area that the dogs could enjoy.
