1. I would recommend a room closer to the street only to save the walk all the way to the back of the property every time you walk somewhere.

2. It is easily accessible to the U of O (right across the street) and there is a health food store across the street as well as a good Chinese restaurant (House of Chen) nearby.

4. If you're going to the U of O, this location is perfect, it's basically right across the street from the entrance and Oregon Hall, which is where most visitors go first.
