1. They put a 'courtesy' hold on the room before we could commit to the second night--it really gave us peace of mind, and then they ended up giving us a better deal for the second night than we got online for the first.

4. We plan on going back in a few weeks (April '09) and see that we can get a great deal for the entire family (Dadzilla is coming along too) with 2 adjoining rooms for a low rate of $63/night.

7. Only drawback was that I couldn't access the internet from my room (too weak of a signal), but that wasn't a deal breaker for me -- i think if I had complained they would have tried to fix it.
